[Note: This is a maternity coverage position and the contract is non-renewable.]

You will be performing standard diagnostic tests in Microbiology Laboratory for infectious agents involving microscopy, bacterial culture, susceptibility testing and various identification techniques including molecular work as assigned. You will also be assisting in protocol development and quality assurance and document management as required. Training will be provided.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Microbiology or Biotechnology
• Relevant experience in Diagnostic or Molecular Microbiology will be an advantage
• Good communication skills (both written and oral)
