📍 Location: Queenstown
Working Hours: 5 days, office hours
Salary: Up to $3200
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Verify patient bills & ensure accurate invoicing
✔️ Maintain contracts for implants & consumables
✔️ Monitor consignment items & arrange top-ups
✔️ Organize meetings, venues & catering
✔️ Handle purchase requests, supplier quotes & invoices
✔️ Support staff onboarding & offboarding
✔️ Manage mail (incoming & outgoing)
✔️ Perform general admin tasks (filing, typing, scanning, photocopying)
✔️ Answer calls & handle enquiries
✔️ Other duties as assigned
✅ Requirements:
🎓 Min. Diploma or A Level
📅 Min. 2 years admin/clerical experience
🔢 Good understanding of numbers & basic accounting
💻 Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
🗣 Good communication & teamwork skills
