📍 Location: Queenstown
💰 Salary: Up to S$3,200
🗓 Working Hours: 5 days, office hours
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Verify patient bills & ensure accurate invoicing
Maintain contracts for implants & consumables
Monitor consignment items & arrange top-ups
Organize meetings, venues & catering
Handle purchase requests, supplier quotes & invoices
Support staff onboarding & offboarding
Manage mail (incoming & outgoing)
Perform general admin tasks (filing, typing, scanning, photocopying)
Answer calls & handle enquiries
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min. Diploma or A Level
Min. 2 years admin/clerical experience
Good understanding of numbers & basic accounting
Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Good communication & teamwork skills
