Job Scope:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
- may be required to come on weekends or stay for extended hours due to school events.
Skills:
- Prior experience working in a Primary School setting is preferred
- Work/personal experience in gardening or environmental-related activities is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Job Scope:
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the Science Laboratory and its equipment.
- Maintain the school's green hub area, gardens, hydroponics area, and other planting grounds and their equipment.
- Assist teachers in the preparation of science resources, science practical performance tasks and environmental sustainability projects.
- Assist to maintain other special rooms such as Art Room during the school holidays (e.g. organising resources etc).
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Science department.
