Salary: Up to $6K

Location: Queenstown

Working Hours: Mon to Fri office hours
Weekend one full shift per month
Weekend one half shift every 2-3 months

Job Scope:

• Provide exemplary clinical pharmacy care in both inpatient and ambulatory care setting
• Mentor the next generation of pharmacists in an exciting, evolving environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative healthcare solutions

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree/ Master in Clinical Pharmacy, PharmD, or Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience, with a passion for patient care
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
