Rotating Shifts (Mon–Fri: 8am–5pm / 11am–8pm) | Saturday: 8am–5pm
(If working Saturday, a weekday off will be provided. May require Sunday shifts in the future.)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle admission, discharge, and transfer of patients, ensuring accurate records are maintained with confidentiality.
• Schedule internal and external appointments for patients as instructed by doctors.
• Ensure the ward is operationally ready and meets service standards.
• Provide basic financial counselling to patients and their next-of-kin upon request.
• Manage inventory and stock levels within the assigned ward.
• Assist doctors and nurses as a chaperone and support administrative tasks throughout the patient's stay.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support ward operations.

🔹 Requirements

• Min. Nitec or GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
• Able to work rotating shifts and weekends
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, organized, and a team player
