• Mon - Thu: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Fri: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Hours may be adjusted based on lesson schedule
• ❌ No service on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays

Scope of Services

Laboratory Operations

• Prepare apparatus and materials for science experiments
• Support day-to-day operation, housekeeping & maintenance of science labs and rooms
• Set up equipment for experiments and practical assessments
• Monitor lab usage schedule for teachers

Inventory & Procurement

• Assist in procuring science equipment, instruments & materials
• Maintain inventory records and update storage systems
• Record and track supplies usage

Maintenance & Vendor Liaison

• Liaise with vendors/contractors for maintenance of lab equipment and facilities
• Ensure safe and proper functioning of equipment

Teaching & Research Support

• Assist teachers in lesson preparation and research projects
• Provide support during science exhibitions or school events
• Invigilate science practical assessments

Other Duties

• Perform data entry related to lab resources
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

✅ Education:

• Completed at least Secondary education

✅ Experience:

• Relevant work experience in science laboratory operations
• Experience in administration (preferred), including MS Outlook & MS Office

✅ Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically able to move between levels (labs located on Levels 2-4; no lifts)
