Responsibilities:

• \tHandle specimen reception, preparation, and packaging.

• \tConduct specimen analysis, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analyzers.

• \tProvide support with telephone reception duties and ensure accuracy of patient bills.

• \tComply with the department's standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

• \tMaintain proper documentation of specimen handling and analysis results.

• \tAssist in training and supporting new staff and interns in laboratory procedures.

• \tMonitor inventory levels and assist in ordering necessary laboratory supplies.

Requirements:

• \tDegree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.

• \tRelevant work experience is preferred.

• \tAbility to work independently and as part of a team.

• \tGood communication and interpersonal skills.
