The Associate Psychologist is responsible for:

Clinical Duties:

• Provide risk screening and intake assessment for new clients.
• Triage clients according to the SOP.
• Provide crisis counselling to distressed clients who called the main customer service line.
• Support clinicians who need assistance in conducting psychological assessments.
• Maintaining professional development and learning in psychology and clinical intervention.
• Receive regular clinical supervision.

Administrative Duties

• Answering calls from a phone line and assisting callers in appointment booking.
• Manning secondary crisis hotline after hours according to rostered time period.
• Managing referrals from clients and providing them with the appropriate resources.
• Managing requests for psychological training and talks to organisations.
• Design, develop and deliver talks or workshops for organisations and upon request.
• Creating relevant content for social media marketing, including the monthly newsletter.
• Assist with clinical administration matters, or other projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Directors or respective Heads.
• Assist in the data collection and statistical analysis of data regarding CEL’s services.
