• Manage and coordinate staff leave requests, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
• Administer and oversee medical leave policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain staff rosters for all clinic outlets, optimizing staffing levels to meet patient demand.
• Monitor and address any manpower issues, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement operational improvements and streamline workflows.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including infection control measures.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control of medical supplies and equipment.
• Act as a liaison between clinic management and staff, facilitating effective communication and resolving conflicts as needed.
• Prepare and analyse operational reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements 

• Min Diploma in any courses 
• Min 3 to 4 years of clinic manager experience 

Salary range: $5K to $6.5K
