OPEN TO SHIFT? Temp to Perm Patient Accounts Officer (PSA / Clinic Assistant) 
Location: Novena
$12 an hour - perm ($2000 - $2500 there)

Shift hours:
7am- 4.30pm
830am-6pm
11am-8.30pm
5 day rotating shifts, able to work weekends and PH

a. Perform admission process
b. Perform accounts follow up
c. Perform Billing during discharge
d. Perform Cashiering
e. Patient experience/service excellence
* Handle simple customers’ enquiry/feedback pertaining to admission/Drs Fees billing/claims submission
* Work closely with other department staff to ensure smooth experience for patients.
f. Perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors
