Contract: 3 months contract renewable

Location: Novena (Women’s clinic)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm, Sat 8.30am-12.30pm

Pay: A level – 1.9k, with working experience 1.9k-2.5k

Job Scope

• Provide frontline customer service
• Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
• Booking of referral appointments
• Handling phone calls and inquiries
• Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
• Maintaining inventory levels
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
