Job Description:

• To help on doctor consultation, reception procedures, medical explanations, Insurance applications and payment procedures.
• Provide support for assigned task & handling phone calls & email correspondence.
• Provide general administrative & operational support in Operating Theatre
• Input monthly data entry and perform ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirement:

Min A level or Diploma

• Customer Service experience
