We are in search of an Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team in Singapore. This pivotal role will support the execution of marketing events and activities such as grand opening, local store marketing and support new product development for the Singapore market.

Responsibilities

In-store & Local Marketing

• Execute menu-board design, store merchandising, marketing collaterals and point of sale merchandising that meet the brand's objectives & guidelines
• Utilise customer feedback and data analytics to enhance marketing touchpoints and elevate customer experience
• Implement marketing strategies to support Grand Opening of new stores, to increase awareness, buzz and to achieve sales target
• Assist in sourcing and negotiation with external agencies and partners to plan and execute in-store events or roadshow
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities and alignment with the overall business objectives

New Product Support

• Establish and analyse market, product and consumer trends that will help in new product development and ensure the product meets both the need of consumers and business objectives of the Singapore market
• Support in product trials and obtain consumer survey for data and sentiments around new product launches

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management skills
• Ability to work with and influence people from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the F&B industry, FMCG, or Luxury Goods industry
• Tertiary level education in Marketing or a related field
• Fluent in English communication with a high level of proficiency; familiarity with Chinese is beneficial due to the role's necessity to interact with internal stakeholders, as it may entail aiding in translating and proofreading content between both languages
