Founded in 1973, DCS Card Centre (formerly Diners Club Singapore) is a financial institution licensed to issue credit and charge cards, governed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Banking Act.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing DeCard card products.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Create compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning tailored to target audiences.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, direct, and partnership channels.
- Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through targeted marketing programs.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage product-related content, promotional materials, and communication strategies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in the financial card sector.
- Develop social media management & community engagement: Overseas daily operations of social media platforms across traditional and emerging channels, with a focus on audience growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Event planning & promotion: Design and execute online/offline events to promote the company's fintech image and expand market reach.
- Sales promotion & campaign execution: Support paid performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Xiaohongshu - driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.

- Proven experience in marketing, event planning, and brand promotion, preferably within fintech industries.
- Strong ability to create impactful campaigns to drive user growth and market exposure.
- Hands-on experience with both online and offline marketing strategies.
