Requirements:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms to attract candidates and clients.
- Manage and grow our online presence (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Little Red Note).
- Assist in content creation-posts, articles, visuals, infographics.
- Support in organizing promotional events and outreach activities (especially for career fairs to boost up our numbers)
- Track analytics and prepare reports to measure campaign success.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Assist in follow-ups and reminders for key tasks and deadlines.
- Handle ad-hoc errands and support needs to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in marketing.
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in social media platforms, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite. (or any other marketing software).
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to multitask effectively.
- Friendly, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
