Sales & Marketing Executive (Food & Beverage - Vending Services) role and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research: Understand customer preferences, vending trends, and competitor activity.
  2. Sales Strategy: Create and execute plans to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  3. Brand Promotion: Increase brand awareness through advertising and marketing campaigns.
  4. Digital Marketing: Manage online marketing channels like social media, websites, and email.
  5. Client Management: Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and customers.
  6. Sales Execution: Present products, close deals, and track sales performance.
  7. Customer Relationships: Ensure customer satisfaction and create loyalty programs to encourage repeat business.
  8. Collaboration: Work with other teams (operations, product development) to align sales efforts with the product offerings.
  9. Budgeting: Create and manage marketing and sales budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns
  10. Expansion: Identify opportunities for market expansion and new partnerships.

Skills:

  • Experience: Sales and marketing experience (preferably in food & beverage - Vending is an advantage).
  • Communication: Strong skills in both talking and writing clearly.
  • Digital Skills: Knowledge of online marketing and social media.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Analytical: Able to track performance and adjust strategies.
