Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for Xiao Hong Shu platform (posts, videos, live streams)
  创作小红书平台内容(图文,视频.)
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns
  制定和执行社交媒体营销策略
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs/influencers
  建立和维护与KOL/网红的合作关系
• Analyze platform trends and optimize content performance
  分析平台趋势,优化内容表现
• Support retail sales initiatives and customer engagement
  支持零售销售活动和客户互动
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  监控竞争对手动态和市场趋势

Requirements:

• Native/fluent Mandarin speaker with basic English communication
  中文母语/流利,普通英文交流能力强
• Deep understanding of Xiao Hong Shu platform and Chinese social media trends
  深度了解小红书平台
• Experience in social media marketing, e-commerce, or retail sales
  有社交媒体营销,电商或零售销售经验
• Creative mindset with excellent content creation skills

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
