Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to companies and decision-makers in the SEA Market (Priority - Malaysia and Singapore), focusing on large scale infrastructure, residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
Research and build a database of potential clients, developers, consultants, contractors, and government-linked entities.
Introduce the company's services and project portfolio confidently and professionally.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments/meetings or handover warm leads to the business development team. (One meetings per week)
Maintain detailed call logs, update CRM, and track outreach progress.
Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships through regular communication.
Collaborate with the Singapore HQ to align messaging, support campaigns, and share market insights.
Monitor competitors and industry developments to refine outreach strategies.
Prepare weekly reports on outreach progress, lead quality, and engagement rate.
Prepare case studies, ROI documents as per the client requirements.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Familiarity with construction sectors is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English (Malaysia Market) and Mandarin (for Chinese customers).
Strong research, data organization, and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
Experience using Zoho CRM systems, Excel, and outreach tracking tools.
