JOB DESCRIPTION

• Social Media Strategy - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty across platforms
• Content Creation - Create and curate engaging content (graphics, videos, copy) for social media platforms, aligning with the company's brand voice and values
• Community Engagement - Build and nurture a vibrant online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and fostering relationships with followers
• Campaign Management - Plan, execute, and monitor paid and organic campaigns across various platforms, ensuring performance meets business objectives
• Content Calendar - Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar, scheduling posts and aligning with marketing campaigns and seasonal trends
• Analytics and Reporting - Monitor key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions, providing detailed performance reports and insights for continuous improvement
• Social Media Trends - Stay on top of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to keep the brand ahead of the curve
• Brand Consistency - Ensure that all social media content is on-brand and consistent with the company's tone, voice, and guidelines
• Collaboration - Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to support integrated campaigns and initiatives
• Influencer Partnerships - Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the reach and impact of social media campaigns

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and management tools
• Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content
• Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges
