Marketing / AdvertisingAs Junior Trade Marketing Executive, you will support the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives across all retail touchpoints - from luxury standalone stores to premium department stores. You will ensure flawless implementation of launches, activations, and brand campaigns, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities-
• Assist in planning and executing all trade and retail marketing activities across Prada Beauty, Valentino Beauty, and Ralph Lauren etc counters and boutiques.
• Coordinate with brand, sales, retail, and visual merchandising teams to support timely rollout of campaigns, launches, and animations.
• Manage logistics and deployment of marketing materials (POSMs, visuals, GWPs, collaterals) across all stores.
• Track and monitor sell-out data, campaign effectiveness, and in-store execution with monthly reporting and analysis.
• Support visual merchandising planning and implementation - ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
• Assist in preparing monthly trade calendars, activation timelines, and campaign recaps.
• Liaise with department store partners on promotional mechanics, space booking, and brand visibility opportunities.
• Conduct store visits to ensure marketing compliance and gather on-ground insights.
• Manage vendor coordination for print production, logistics, and store setups
• Recruitment and selection of staff
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing retail team; conducting induction and training for staff
• Overseeing store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and policy compliance
• Monitoring KPIs and business performance analysis with action plans to maximize revenue.
• Periodic operational reviews with key stakeholders
Requirements-
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand execution, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or luxury goods industry.
• Meticulous and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal teams and retail partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable with visual layout tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc. a plus).
• Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about luxury beauty and retail.
• Experience working with department stores or premium retail channels is an advantage.
