About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Content Intern to join us in Singapore. This is perfect for university undergraduates seeking an internship (3-6 months) or fresh graduates looking to build real-world experience in a fast-paced startup.

You'll learn the ropes of content marketing, AI-powered search optimization, client success, and running growth experiments - not just for our clients, but also to grow Synscribe itself.

What You'll Get to Do

• Content & AI Marketing:Research industry trends and craft content strategies for clients in the US startup ecosystem.
  Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to create and refine high-quality content.
  Learn how AI search optimization works, from keyword research to on-page analysis.
• Growth Experiments:Work directly with the founder to design and run experiments to grow Synscribe's brand - whether that's testing new LinkedIn formats, building lightweight campaigns, or launching tiny side projects.
  Use our internal experimentation framework to plan, execute, and learn from each test.
• Client & Project Exposure:Sit in on client calls, learn how we build trust and deliver results, and help prepare materials that drive decisions.
• Optional / Nice to Try:Play with short-form video content or build your own content series.
  Try your hand at running micro-campaigns on LinkedIn & Twitter

What We're Looking For

• Based in Singapore (this is a hybrid role; occasional in-person meets, flexible hours).
• A genuine interest in startups, content, AI, and how marketing drives business growth.
• Curious, proactive, and not afraid to try new things or learn from mistakes.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Google Gemini.
• Bonus points if you've dabbled in:Video creation (even TikToks or Reels!)
  Managing social content on LinkedIn or Twitter
  Basic keyword / topic research tools (Google, Ahrefs, etc.)
