Job Overview

We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive (BILINGUAL) to drive our online presence, manage brand communication, and support class promotion and community engagement. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a background in arts, communications, or cultural studies who is excited to work in a fast-paced, artistic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across XHS, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Collaborate with instructors to promote classes, workshops, and events
• Develop content calendars, reels, captions, and basic visual assets
• Coordinate with photographers/videographers when needed
• Support brand growth with storytelling that connects with local and international audiences
• Assist with marketing reports and audience insights and admin support.

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• Strong interest or experience in dance, arts, or culture
• Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills
• Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently
• Able to work 6 days a week, including some weekends or evenings for event coverage
• Open to a 3-month trial period, with possibility of full-time conversion

Salary & Trial Period

• Starting Salary: $2,600-$3,800/month
• 3-month probation/trial period to assess fit and performance
