Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics to enhance brand awareness and drive qualified traffic to the company's platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, overseeing the entire process from concept development to successful execution.
  • Leverage diverse organic and paid acquisition channels-including content creation and curation, PPC advertising, event marketing, public relations, social media, lead generation, copywriting, and performance analytics-to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create compelling, high-value content for the company website and blog to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
  • Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations with key industry stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to strengthen market presence and drive business growth.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Supervise and approve all marketing collateral, including digital assets, website banners, print materials, and case studies, to ensure brand consistency and quality.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and measuring outcomes against established KPIs and objectives.
  • Study consumer behavior and market trends to continuously refine marketing strategies, optimizing email and advertising campaigns for maximum impact.

Requirements and skills

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
