Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Create and edit visuals and videos using footages from onsite LED installations

• Post across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (up to 3x/week depending on project activity)

• Design and animate e-greeting cards for festive social posts, email signatures, and company LED screen

Marketing Collaterals & Design Support

• Update and maintain catalogue specs, PowerPoint slides, and presentation materials

• Superimpose LED visuals onto real-life locations to support proposal visuals

• Provide in-house creative support for backend and client-facing design needs

• Video & Display Content Production

• Design/animate content for LED signboards, screen testing visuals, and occasionally client-specific LED resolutions

• Create both realistic stock-style footage and motion graphics content

Exhibition & Project Liaison

• Act as communication bridge between company and clients during exhibitions or major projects

• Handle content planning, design, post-production, and social media coverage (e.g. filming and caption writing)

Software Used

• Adobe InDesign - Layout design (catalogues)

• Photoshop - Mock-ups, image edits

• After Effects - Motion graphics, e-cards

• Premiere Pro - Video editing

• CapCut - Quick cuts and edits for social content

Requirements

• Tech-savvy and bilingual (Mandarin and English), with strong written English skills and excellent interpersonal abilities for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

• Diploma or higher qualification preferred.

• Actively engaged on social media, with solid understanding of marketing and advertising across various platforms.

• Possesses a positive work attitude; detail-oriented, well-organized, dependable, and able to perform well under pressure.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident in achieving goals.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication and project management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
