Wild requires Account Manager

Our account servicing team is the glue to holds us together. Beyond the day-to-day execution, this role gives you an opportunity to step in to support in strategic, campaign and account planning.

Here are our requirements:

• Be the main point of contact between the agency and the client. Manage client relationship effectively with exceptional people skills

• Understand the overall client business objectives and develop strategies as needed

• Support the Account Directors and partner with the junior servicing team members on day-to-day execution

• Work closely with the creative team to develop content calendars and content for across multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

• Brainstorming, collaborating and participating in client, team and company activities

• Participate in daily conversations and interactions with consumers within our client's social media and digital channels.

• Work closely with our analyst to measure, analyze and report growth & success of social media accounts

• Addicted to social media and genuinely excited by digital technologies.

• Should ideally have at least 3 years of social media marketing experience. Experience in digital/social media agency is a plus

• Detailed, articulate, resourceful and full of ideas.
