岗位职责:

• 能与客户和同事进行英语中文交流优先

• 策划并执行中文补习中心线上线下结合的市场运营方案,持续开拓潜在客户渠道

• 整合本地亲子资源 / 教育资源 / 社区资源,建立合作与流量入口

• 组织并落地客户增值服务活动(如公开课,家长沙龙,亲子节庆活动等)

• 负责机构在Instagram,小红书等社交平台的日常运营

• 跟踪数据表现,定期复盘与优化活动效果与用户转化路径

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing operations in chinese language tuition, continuously expanding potential customer pipeline

• Consolidate local parent-child resources, educational resources, and community networks to establish partnerships and relationship.

• Organize and execute value-added customer service events (such as public lectures, parent salons, parent-child festivities, etc.)

• Manage daily operations of the institution's social media presence on platforms like Instagram and Xiaohongshu.

• Track performance datas and regularly review and optimize event effectiveness and user conversion paths.
