Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Work with Japan HQ to plan, enhance, and maintain websites across 10 regional offices. Use Google Analytics to optimize performance and lead SEO initiatives.
- Ecommerce Optimization: Collaborate with local teams to analyze performance, develop strategies to optimize sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Loyalty Marketing: Enhance loyalty programs by leveraging data, customer feedback, and system capabilities to drive engagement and conversion.
- Digital Marketing & Media Planning: Develop digital marketing strategies, analyze post-campaign results, and test new platforms to maximize opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in website management, ecommerce, and loyalty marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Data Studio, and SEO tools (Conductor, SEMrush).
- Familiarity with ecommerce acquisition channels (SEM, social media, display ads).
- Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
