An expanding Chemical MNC has an opening for a Marketing Associate to be part of their marketing team to perform marketing initiatives for Home Care/Personal Care business unit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate technical/commercial collateral to support promotion of products through appropriate media e.g marketing sheets, webinars, website updates, e-mailers, exhibitions/conferences etc.
• Perform market research to assist in identifying potential opportunities in the market place which encompass latest ingredients, consumer trends and competitors landscape.
• Ensure marketing plan projects are able to meet the deadlines such as pending conferences/exhibitions/advertising submissions may need to be prioritised over longer horizon projects.
• Work with cross functional department for input to provide statements, with IT to upload onto website and technical team to provide formulates/toolkits.
• Provide creative inputs for projects such as communication messages, imagery selection, formulation presentation toolkits and rtc.
• Prepare and attend customer events such as trade exhibitions, conference and etc.
• To measure the effectiveness of marketing activity within the relevant business area, in order to maximise on marketing spends.

Requirement:

• Degree holders from either Chemistry or Marketing background
• 2-3 years of Marketing experience
• Marketing experience in FMCG or Personal Care industry will be an advantage
• Able to write and communicate well is essential
