We're looking for a creative account lead who's as comfortable crafting content as they are managing clients. This isn't a paper-pusher role-we want someone with sharp instincts, strong taste, and the ability to shape ideas that perform.

You'll work across social, creative, and communications projects-owning client relationships, driving outcomes, and contributing hands-on to content strategy, writing, and visual storytelling. Bonus if you've worked in FSI, luxury, or premium sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client comms and creative delivery
• Write, review, and help shape content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Use AI tools ( CapCut, etc.) to ideate, generate, and optimise content
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and media teams
• Track and report on performance with clear, actionable insights
• Be accountable for timeline, client, and measurable KPI's

Prerequisites

• 3-6 years in a creative/social agency or brand team
• Experience delivering results in FSI, luxury, or lifestyle verticals
• Fluency in platform-native content and what performs
• Eye for quality-design, words, story-and a feel for what resonates with humans
• AI-first mindset: you're already using tools to create smarter, faster
• Nimbleness in reporting and turning data into content improvements
