The Haus Curator (Under DPC Collective) is looking for a creative, sharp, and self-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to help us scale our real estate brand across social. You'll work directly with the founder and content team to craft, post, and grow a cohesive presence that speaks to white-collar professionals, investors, and affluent home seekers.

We're looking for full-time role (with the intention to hang around for the long haul) who's not just social-savvy, but who thinks in stories, understands what drives engagement in Singapore's digital landscape, and wants to play a key role in building a lifestyle brand with a high performing team.

1) What You'll Do:
  • Develop a high-impact content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
  • Strategise and conceptualise content that drives engagement, virality, and brand storytelling -
  • Brainstorm and pitch ideas that align with our premium positioning and audience interests
  • Build a content pipeline balancing trending topics, evergreen value, and strategic messaging
  • Capture and edit short-form and long-form video content with a focus on scroll-stopping visuals
  • Repurpose longer videos (e.g., home tours) into high-engagement clips tailored to each platform
  • Use tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe (etc.) to produce content when needed
  • Maintain a clean, modern, and premium aesthetic across all assets
  • Schedule and post content with optimal timing and formatting
  • Manage audience engagement and feedback across IG, TikTok, Facebook & YouTube
  • Monitor analytics and adapt content strategies to maximise visibility and performance
  • Stay updated on algorithm shifts, viral trends, and emerging formats to keep content fresh
  • Coordinate with videographers, editors, and designers where needed
  • Produce smaller-scale content independently
  • Work closely with marketing and media teams to bring creative concepts to life
  • Ensure content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and business goals
  • Assist with additional marketing-related tasks or projects as required

2) Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, especially IG & TikTok (Singapore market)
  • Excellent copywriting skills (professional but engaging tone)
  • Aesthetic sense-knows how to make content look clean, modern, and premium Familiar with real estate, lifestyle, finance, or startup content (a big plus)
  • Proactive, self-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite, TikTok scheduling tools, or analytics dashboards
  • Familiar with real estate, lifestyle, finance, or startup content (preferred)

3) Commitment & Compensation:
  • Hours - To be discussed
  • Monthly retainer or hourly rate depending on experience
