About This Role:-
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for all branding, marketing and communications activities across AsiaNext including but not limited to corporate branding, product launches, creating campaigns, PR and events. You will work predominantly within the commercial team but work with all departments to ensure the brand, marketing and communications are delivered to professional standards. You will create and deliver the marketing strategy for AsiaNext as a whole and for the products and services offered to the market.
Responsibilities
• Serve as point of contact for all marketing and communications within AsiaNext.
• Manage all aspects of our internal, external, in-person and virtual, marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, etc
• Design and implement with management a long-term marketing strategy.
• Work with press and public relations to ensure widespread coverage of announcements.
• Manage all online communications including website and social media platforms.
• Ensures consistent messaging in media releases and various media touch-points.
• Work across teams; products, sales, finance, and compliance to support new product releases.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers on events and conferences.
• Manage and maintain the website alongside IT.
• Production of external marketing collateral and gifts
• Managing event logistics from end-to-end
• Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly progress updates on the status of our internal events including current participation and agendas
• Ensure our event budget is on-track and quantify the impact of our event
