We're looking for a Junior Social Media Content Creator who is creative, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, regional company.

Job Description:

1. Content Creation & Social Media (50%)

• Plan, create, and post original content (images, videos, copy) for our corporate social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
• Work with the Creative & Marketing teams to align messaging with our brand voice and campaigns
• Brainstorm and execute ideas for monthly themes, milestones, team culture, and thought leadership pieces
• Assist in light video editing, graphic design (Canva, CapCut, etc.), and reel production

2. Admin & Team Support (50%)

• Assist in updating and formatting our corporate sales decks and company profiles
• Liaise with internal teams to support daily admin tasks and help maintain workflow
• Coordinate with our admin team on document management, onboarding kits, and simple reporting
• Take initiative to streamline internal processes for better efficiency

Requirement

• Have 0-2 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a related field
• Possess strong written and visual communication skills
• Are familiar with Google workspace, Canva, CapCut, or basic video/graphic tools
• Are meticulous with documents and have a flair for organization
• Are a team player, reliable, and eager to learn in a high-growth environment
