• Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store performance, executing marketing campaigns, coordinating inventory and logistics, and leading sales teams to achieve business targets. This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience in retail management. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer experience across all offline retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations Management
- Establish and optimize store operation processes, including display standards, sales procedures, service protocols, and inventory management.
- Conduct regular store visits to inspect execution quality, identify operational issues, and drive corrective actions.
- Oversee the full process of store openings and closures (site selection, renovation, system setup, trial operations), ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
2. Sales and Performance Management
- Participate in setting sales targets for each store and break them down to team and individual levels.
- Track daily sales data, analyze discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with HQ to develop sales improvement initiatives, including staff incentives, product mix optimization, and promotional campaigns.
- Promote key product categories and ensure proper achievement and display rates for high-margin and flagship SKUs.
3. Marketing Campaign Execution
- Manage and coordinate the setup of promotional materials (e.g., display stands, hanging banners, lightboxes) and in-store decorations.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, including foot traffic increase, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Collect frontline customer feedback and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
4. Sales Team Management and Training
- Manage and motivate frontline sales staff at retail terminals.
- Organize regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Enforce brand image guidelines, including grooming, dress code, and in-store behavior.
5. Inventory and Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate product deliveries, warehousing, and stock transfers to ensure timely supply to retail locations.
- Manage in-store inventory, minimize slow-moving items, and handle clearance of unsellable stock.
- Liaise with HQ logistics and warehousing teams to improve delivery efficiency and accuracy.
6. Cross-functional Communication and Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, customer service, and after-sales teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Provide regular reports to management on operational performance, issues, and improvement proposals.
- Promote the implementation of digital tools (e.g., POS systems, store audit apps, BI dashboards) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the home appliance or consumer electronics industry.Strong understanding of offline retail store operations, sales management, and inventory control.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively in high-stress situations and meet tight deadlines.
- Language Requirements: Strong communication and reporting skills in both English and Mandarin (required for communication with China-based HQ).
