We are currently looking for two passionate and creative Social Media Operations Assistants. Extensive experience is not required - what matters most is your enthusiasm, willingness to grow, and desire to create. This is your stage to shine!

️ What You'll Do:

• Operate Trantor Labs' social media presence across major platforms including (but not limited to) Reddit, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu;
• Plan and execute online events such as Google Meet / Zoom live sessions, AI tutorial launches, and community Q&A sessions;
• Assist in organizing offline events and community meetups, including venue coordination, guest invitations, and promotional activities;
• Collaborate with our design, content, and tech teams to build a cohesive and engaging brand image;
• Monitor community feedback, analyze performance data, and continuously improve content strategies.

✅ What We're Looking For:

• A strong interest in AI, technology, and social media content;
• Basic writing skills and the ability to turn ideas into engaging social-friendly content;
• Familiarity with one or more social platforms and their content dynamics (willingness to learn is welcome!);
• Good communication and collaboration skills, strong learning mindset, and high self-motivation;
• Fluency in English and working proficiency in Chinese (Both Chinese and English are required).
