Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 6pm; Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the organisation's participation in a major international airshow
• Coordinate receptions and ensure smooth hospitality arrangements
• Liaise with vendors and partners on event activities, giveaways, and logistics
• Oversee catering, staffing, and on-site operations
• Support additional exhibitions and marketing events during the contract period
• Prepare post-event reports and recommendations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Events Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in events, exhibitions, or marketing
• Strong project management and organisational skills
