Marketing & Social Media Executive/Manager

*Purpose*: Drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement through integrated marketing strategies and social media management.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. *Strategy & Planning*:

- Develop omnichannel marketing plans (digital, social, email, events).

- Align social media content with broader marketing campaigns.

2. *Content Creation*:

- work w others to Design and write marketing collateral (blogs, emails, ads, brochures).

- work w others to Create engaging social media posts (videos, graphics, stories, polls).

3. *Campaign Execution*:

- Manage paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).

- Schedule and publish social content using tools like Hootsuite or Later.

4. *Audience Engagement*:

- Respond to comments/messages on social platforms.

- Build email lists and nurture leads via drip campaigns.

5. *Analytics & Optimization*:

- Track performance of campaigns and social media efforts.

- Adjust strategies based on data insights (e.g., A/B testing).

6. *Brand Management*:

- Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels.

- Monitor online reputation and address feedback.

7. *Collaboration*:

- Work with sales, design, and product teams to align goals.

- Partner with influencers or agencies for campaigns.

8. *Budget Management*:

- Allocate funds across marketing and social media activities.

- *Top-Performing Content*: Viral posts, high-traffic blogs, or emails.

- *Video Views/Completion Rate*: For platforms like YouTube/TikTok.

#### *4. Brand Awareness*

- *Website Traffic*: Unique visitors from social/media campaigns.

- *Brand Mentions*: Volume of organic mentions/reposts.

- *Search Rankings*: SEO improvements (e.g., keyword rankings).

#### *5. Operational Efficiency*

- *Response Time*: Speed of replying to social DMs/comments.

- *Campaign Timeliness*: % of projects delivered on deadline.

- *Cost Per Click (CPC)*: Efficiency of paid ads.
