Your Role:

As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in managing the company's social presence, creating engaging content, and supporting employer branding efforts. If you are creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, we'd love to have you on board!

Job scope and Responsibilities:

Create engaging digital content using design tools like Canva to enhance the company's social media presence.

Design and structure the organization's staff handbook, incorporating HR best practices to ensure it is clear, professional, and user-friendly.

Collaborate with the Communications and HR teams to maintain branding consistency.

Update the company website with relevant HR policies and events in Singapore.

Ensure alignment with the company's policies, values, and branding guidelines.

Support employer branding efforts through both visual and written communication.

Assist in preparing grant applications and work closely with governance teams for follow-ups.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Diploma qualification (preferably in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related fields).

Familiarity with design tools like Canva.

Creative, proactive, and a quick decision-maker.

Strong attention to detail with excellent written and visual communication skills.

Willingness or hungry to learn new knowledge.
