About the Role:

EHPlabs is a global leader in the fitness and health supplement industry, known for our flagship product OxyShred , a best-selling thermogenic trusted by millions worldwide. We're looking for a mid-level Performance Marketing Ad Buyer who's ready to step up and take full ownership of Meta and Google ad accounts across global markets.

You'll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing campaigns, reporting performance daily, and collaborating closely with the e-Commerce and Creative teams to fuel profitable growth.

This role is hands-on and high-impact - you'll control ~$5M in annual spend, work with industry-best creative assets, and drive serious global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns for multiple global markets
2. Own daily performance reporting, analysis, and data-driven decision-making
3. Collaborate with marketing to share performance insights
4. Improve MER, CPA, ROAS and other efficiency metrics
5. Identify trends and scale opportunities in real-time
6. Contribute to strategic testing frameworks across offers, audiences, and placements
7. Ensure best-in-class execution and campaign management
8. Stay up to date with platform changes and best practices

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

1. 3-5+ years of hands-on ad buying experience (Meta + Google Ads)
2. Proven experience managing significant monthly budgets (>$100k/month)
3. Deep platform fluency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 (essential) Triple Whale, Shopify (preferred).
4. You thrive in fast-paced environments and love getting results
5. Clear communicator who can turn data into action
6. Bonus: Experience working with global brands, fitness/lifestyle products, or direct-to-consumer businesses
7. Bonus: Ability to suggest/test creative angles based on performance data
