Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and identify the best platforms to reach target audience.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
  • Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
  • Coordinating with copywriters, graphic designers, and marketing teams for a company's social media profile design and content.
  • Creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media posts.
  • Generate design concepts and strategies for marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor new market trends, business opportunities and market segments.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate with a bachelor degree in marketing, communications, creative writing, or another related field.
  • Complete an internship in the content or social media team of a recognised company.
  • Gain experience managing social media pages for school organisations, volunteer communities, your own small business, or interest page.
  • Take certification courses in digital marketing, and consider completing free certification courses offered by social media platforms, such as Facebook Blueprint or Google Analytics.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with web design.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
