Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that build brand awareness and drive performance across all channels.
• Lead and mentor a small in-house team of marketing executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Manage relationships with freelancers and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Oversee content development, digital marketing, social media, and offline marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and develop guidelines to maintain a strong brand identity.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with experience in both agency and startup environments.
• Proven track record in building and growing brands from scratch.
• Expertise in performance marketing and executing omni-channel campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a lean team and working with external partners.
