Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and assist in organizing and coordinating events/ conferences/ exhibitions.
• Oversees and coordinates the creation and production of collateral.
• Co-maintaining websites and co-administer social media accounts within the team.
• Any other ad hoc duties required from time to time and/ or according to the statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Diploma in Marketing or marketing related
• Possess at least 2 years of marketing experience
• Out-going personality with good inter-personal skills and possess good team player traits.
• Able to multi-task and possess good project management skills
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficient with Microsoft Application (i.e. Outlook, Sharepoint, Powerpoint etc.)
• Creative
• Prior experience in managing digital marketing is preferred
