Requirements and Qualifications:
o Current Students pursuing Diploma/Fresh graduates also eligible to apply
o Diploma in IT related programmes is essential
o Good Written and oral communication skills
o Team player with good work attitude
- Understanding workflow, configuration and database of Wordpress
- Support system administrators in routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and backups.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and security.
- Help maintain inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software.
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing ad hoc IT projects.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Assist in testing new applications and systems before deployment.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Document support requests and solutions in the ticketing system
- Preparation of reports as required by supervisor
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties
Marketing - Digital Department
1. Content Creation & Scheduling
- Assist in creating engaging and original content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platforms to maintain consistent online presence.
2. Social Media Monitoring & Engagement
- Monitor company social media accounts for trends, mentions, and engagement opportunities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Campaign Support & Execution
- Help execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn.
- Track campaign performance and assist in optimizing strategies to improve reach and engagement.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Collect and analyze data from social media and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports on performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
5. Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Research competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide insights and suggestions for content improvements and new digital initiatives.
6. Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties
