Job Requirements:
- Lead the design process from concept to schematic and design development phases.
- Develop creative design proposals, mood boards, 3D models, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to interpret project briefs and requirements.
- Apply knowledge of sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics in all design solutions.
- Use advanced design software to create architectural drawings, renderings, and visualizations.
- Participate in design critiques and provide/receive constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, technologies, and regulatory codes.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and coordination with technical teams.
- Ensure that the design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements:
- Recognised Degree in Architecture
- Demonstrated experience in Theme park
- FEC design with a flair for understanding creative design and technical knowledge to develop design documentation
