Studio Kinu is a family photography studio, and we are expanding to include an event venue under our brand. We also run a clothing merchandise line, kinu.supply. We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable individual who can wear multiple hats-from assisting in photoshoots to managing client interactions and executing events.

Key Responsibilities

Studio & Client Support:

• Assist the photographer during photoshoots (engaging and playing with children to create a comfortable atmosphere).
• Provide top-notch customer service and ensure a smooth photoshoot experience.
• Organise and maintain studio props and equipment.

Client & Social Media Management:

• Handle and respond to Instagram DMs and enquiry emails professionally.
• Brainstorm and implement creative social media campaigns, including content creation to increase engagement.

Event Planning & Execution:

• Conceptualise, plan, and execute events for our event venue space.
• Coordinate logistics, liaise with vendors, and ensure seamless event execution.

Retail & Merchandise Support (kinu.supply):

• Assist in managing merchandise inventory.
• Support product launches and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

✔️ Must be able to commit at least one weekend day per week (ideally both Saturday & Sunday).
If you're able to work both weekend days, you'll enjoy a 4-day work week.

✔️ Enjoys interacting with children and has experience with young kids.
✔️ Comfortable around animals, especially dogs (bonus if knowledgeable in handling them).
✔️ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔️ Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
✔️ Can work independently and proactively problem-solve.
✔️ Creative mindset with fresh ideas for social media and event concepts.
✔️ Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
