JOB DESRIPTION

To assist Senior Marketing and Sales Executive on daily marketing and event sales

• \tMarketing (digital marketing, create, design and prepare publicity materials for events and site)

• \tManage commercial enquiry email account, bookings, adhoc and public feedbacks

• \tSales (conducting sales and engaging customers online/offline)

• \tWork closely with Facilities and Operation Team

• \tSocial Media (content operation)

• \tEvent Management

• \tPrepare monthly reports by collecting, analysing data and trends

• \tAssist in preparation of proposals; presenting; managing work in progress meetings and close monitoring of time line.

• \tOther ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• \tAt least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

• \tRequired language(s): English and Mandarin

• \tExcellent writing and communication skills

• \tWork well with details and processes

• \tPositive attitude and able to work independently and as a team

• \tNo work experience required, on job training is provided

• \tWork location in the West, alternate Sat working day
