We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to provide coordination and administrative support to the Business Development (BD) team, particularly in marketing activities and supporting tenders bids. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently and be eager to develop their skills in marketing and business development.

Job Description

• Support BD team in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and track deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage marketing events e.g. workshops, training, conferences and provide regular updates for marketing activities e.g. Linkedin, website.
• Prepare updates, reports and presentations as needed.
• Conduct marketing research on industry, competition, technology to share with teams.
• Consolidate industry news to share regularly with teams.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents and proposals where required.
• Support internal teams and external partners to gather required information and ensure timely delivery of tender submissions.
• Maintain and organize tender documentation, templates, and records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, engineering, administration, or a related role.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
