Job Description

• Support the execution of various communications initiatives on branding, roadshows and events coordination and projects
• Liaise and work closely with internal stakeholders; to generate business plans, proposals and presentations, relevant content and materials to achieve the desired marketing outcomes during business meetings and/or A&P activities
• Management of vendors, contractors, agencies, supplies to meet pre-determined marketing requirements and guidelines
• Stay connected and updated with latest market trends and customer behaviour to generate up-to-date content
• Organise filing and paperwork and upkeep of customer portfolios
• Provide administrative support to the management & business team
• Handle ad-hoc tasks related to project management, customer relations, and/or partner coordination as required by Management.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any Engineering field. Relevant qualification in supply chain and warehousing management will be an added advantage
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Positive working attitude and self-motivated
• Outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and result oriented
• Ability to work independently and has strong organisational and time management skills
