Marketing / AdvertisingWe're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the execution of integrated brand and marketing campaigns. You'll play a key role in bringing CHAGEE's seasonal launches, cultural moments, and brand stories to life in Singapore-working closely with our design and content team, store operations, and partners.
This role reports directly to the Brand Manager and offers exposure to full-funnel brand marketing in a high-growth F&B environment.

Campaign Planning & Execution
- Support in the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated 360 brand and marketing campaigns across product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand and cultural moments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Creative, Social Media, User Operations, and Retail Operations teams, to effectively develop and execute brand and marketing campaigns.
- Support in developing compelling campaign storytelling angles (e.g. cultural, seasonal, sensorial, lifestyle) that align with brand positioning and resonate with the local market.
- Drive partnerships, influencer activations, and on-ground tie-ups to increase brand relevance and engagement.
- Coordinate and track campaign timelines, deliverables, and asset development- including social media, POSM, paid ads, and app visuals.
- Manage campaign deployment docs, retail store memos, and app/e-comm briefs to ensure message and mechanic consistency across channels.
- Support tracking of campaign performance metrics and contribute to post-mortem documentation and learnings.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities to inform campaign planning.
Marketing & In-Store Activations
- Conceptualise and support the execution of offline activations and sampling efforts that bring the brand experience to life.
- Manage logistics and vendor coordination for props, premiums, and signage production.
- Liaise with Retail Operations to align on staffing, execution timelines, and activation needs per store.
- Prepare and maintain internal communications such as store briefing memos, stock allocations, and asset distribution lists.
What You'll Bring:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, communications, or campaign coordination; ideally in F&B, lifestyle (beauty and fashion), or DTC brands.
- A passion for brand storytelling, content, and cultural marketing.
- Strong project management skills: Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams.
- Clear communicator and collaborative team player, comfortable working across functions.
- High ownership mindset- proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English communication with a high level of proficiency; familiarity with Chinese is beneficial due to the role's necessity to interact with internal stakeholders
- Bonus: Familiarity with project tools (e.g. Notion, Trello), creative workflows, and content formats for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
