Job Summary: play a pivotal role in supporting the activities to drive brand awareness, engagement, and consumer conversion. Your responsibilities will span a variety of upstream and community marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand consideration and trial.

Job Scope:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and activations to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to create impactful marketing materials, coordinate events, and implement special programs.

• Manage and optimize digital marketing and CRM efforts to generate quality leads and drive brand growth

Key Projects:

• Content Development: Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, posters, eDMs, and digital content, to effectively communicate the brand's value to healthcare professionals and consumers.

• Market Insights: Conduct secondary research and data analysis to enhance brand strategies and insight generation.

• Digital Initiatives: Support the implementation of digital campaigns to strengthen brand engagement and drive conversions.

• Medical Education Events: Assist in the planning and execution of educational programs designed to enhance healthcare professionals' knowledge and advocacy.

• Consumer Engagement: Contribute to the development of marketing activities and programs that recruit new consumers and accelerate brand adoption.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Proactive

• Team player, independent & responsible

• Great willingness to learn

Additional Information:

• Salary - S$3K to S$3.5K + 1-month bonus

• Contract duration: 12-month contract, renewable

• Commencement Date: early Jul 2025

• Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

• Location: Bugis
